Return & Refund Policy

 

We want you to feel confident when shopping from Nurica and are happy to offer a 30-day return policy.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for a full refund of the product price (excluding shipping costs) to the original method of payment, provided that:

  • The return request is made within 30 days from the date of shipment.
  • The product is unopened, sealed, unused, and in resalable condition.
  • The product is in its original packaging, including any outer packaging, seals, and inserts.

Due to the hygienic and cosmetic nature of skincare products, any opened, used, or unsealed items cannot be returned.

No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the date of shipment.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items marked as "Clearance"
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Any product that has been opened, unsealed, used, or is not in resalable condition

3. Shipping Fees

  • The original shipping fee is non-refundable once tracking details have been added to your order.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Returns must be sent using a trackable shipping method and must be accompanied by:
    • A tracking number, and
    • Proof of postage if requested

Nurica is not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.


4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. 

If you would like a different product, please follow the return process (if eligible) and place a new order.


5. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at support@nurica.ca using the same email address you used to place your order.

In your email, include:

  • Order number
  • Items you wish to return (product names and quantities)
  • Detailed reason for the return
  • Multiple clear photos of the item and packaging from all angles so our team can verify that:
    • The product is unopened, sealed, and unused
    • The product and packaging are in resalable condition

Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with return instructions and the return address.


6. Inspection & Refunds

  • Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the products to confirm they meet our return criteria (unopened, sealed, unused, and in resalable condition).
  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment for the product amount only (excluding original shipping costs).
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

If the returned items do not meet our eligibility criteria, we may:

  • Decline the refund, and
  • Return the product(s) to you at your expense, or dispose of them in accordance with our policies.
